Aaron LaPointe, Sr. is an enrolled member of the Winnebago Tribe and serves as position of CEO of Ho-Chunk Capital, a division of Ho-Chunk Inc. In this influential role, he is responsible for developing a long-term investment model and strategy for Ho-Chunk, Inc. by identifying and capitalizing on investment opportunities that align with the company’s growth strategies and investment profile. He also oversees the comprehensive operations of HCI Management Services, SweetGrass Trading Company, Pony Express, and Ho-Chunk Farms. 

LaPointe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanized Systems Management Agriculture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Additionally, he has been certified by Harvard University in Leading People and Investing to Build Sustainable Communities.

LaPointe ardently supports tribal economic development and agriculture, championing these causes across various government levels. His appointment as a Farm Service Agency State Committee Member at Nebraska FSA (USDA) in Lincoln, NE, since May 2022 underscores his commitment to representing and enhancing the agricultural interests of farmers in Nebraska.
