Darlyn St. Cyr Promoted To Compliance Specialist With WarHorse Gaming

Please join us in congratulating Darlyn St. Cyr on her promotion to Compliance Specialist with WarHorse Gaming!

Darlyn is a member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska and has been with Ho-Chunk, Inc. for ten years. During her time with us, she has progressed in roles and responsibilities, most recently acting as the Executive Assistant to the CFO.

Some of Darlyn’s many accomplishments include:

• Work with the Corporate Treasury team to request, secure, and document Payroll Protection Program loans totaling $25 million.
• Acting as a key contributor to establish the Ho-Chunk Way employee donation program. This program has raised over $408,000 for local Winnebago community non-profit programs.
• Initiatives to create process improvements to improve output and quality of work.
• Development of exceptional interpersonal relationships to assist in the navigation of our complex organizational environment.

Over the last several months, Darlyn has been working closely with our Director of Compliance for WarHorse Gaming to study the regulations governing our gaming operations, work towards enhancements in our processes, and learn about the gaming industry overall.

In her new role as the Compliance Specialist, she will work to minimize regulatory risk, perform compliance audits and investigations, and provide compliance guidance as it relates to gaming.

Darlyn will assume her new role and responsibilities as of June 30th.
