The contract, awarded
to Flatwater Inc., a company within the Flatwater Group, is for professional
services, including petroleum and mining, engineering, geologic and geophysical
mapping, economic development personnel, geologists, NIOGEMS software
development, and other administrative support. Initially, the contract includes
29 personnel, with a potential for expansion of personnel throughout the life
of the contract. Erin Morgan, Director

Winnebago, Nebraska – The Flatwater Group, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., was
awarded a 5-year IDIQ $46 million contract by the Department of Interior (DOI)
Division of Energy and Mineral Development (DEMD), announced Lance Morgan,
President and CEO. Ho-Chunk, Inc. is the economic development corporation owned
by the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska.
