Jill Meadows-Joynes is Vice President of Human Resources for Ho- Chunk, Inc. She has served in progressive leadership roles since joining the organization in 2013. With nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Meadows-Joynes is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable a high performing and motivated workforce for all Ho-Chunk, Inc. divisions.

Meadows-Joynes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Human Resources and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Bellevue University. She is an HRCI (PHR) and SHRM (SHRM-CP) credentialed professional and is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
