Blue Earth Marketing of Winnebago Receives Several Regional Advertising Awards
Winnebago, Nebraska -- Blue Earth Marketing, a full-service marketing and advertising agency located in Winnebago has been awarded eight “Addys” during the 2007 Addy Awards Banquet, sponsored by the Advertising Federation of Sioux City held in Sioux City, Iowa on February 24th. Blue Earth Marketing is owned by the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska.

The annual Addy Awards is a three-tiered awards program sponsored by the American Advertising Federation, and is open to all advertising agencies and media across the United States. The program recognizes outstanding work in creative design, copywriting, videography, photography and illustration in broadcast, print, internet and other advertising. Entries are judged at the regional, district and national levels. Judging for the regional portion of Addys was conducted during February 2007. Eligible work is produced by advertising agencies, media outlets and production studios for clients in a 23-county area of Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
Recipients of Gold Addys in the Sioux City Advertising Federation Addys competition are automatically forwarded for judging at the 9th District level. The 9th District Addys presentation will be held in Lincoln, Nebraska this year on April 28th. Gold Addy winners at the District level move on to compete on a national basis, with the National Addy Awards presented on Saturday, June 9th in Louisville, Kentucky.
Blue Earth was established originally to provide marketing, public relations and graphic design services for companies owned by Ho-Chunk, Inc., Native American business entities owned by the Winnebago Tribe and other local businesses within the Sioux City, Iowa market.
