Ho-Chunk, Inc. Subsidiary Awarded Multi-Million Dollar Contract
Winnebago, NE. All Native Systems, a subsidiary of Ho-Chunk, Inc. headquartered in Winnebago, NE was recently awarded a multi-million dollar lease contract to supply the United States Census Bureau with state-of-the-art color copier/printer/scanners.
Under the lease contract, All Native Systems will operate as the prime contractor while another Ho-Chunk subsidiary, AllNative Office Products will act as the subcontractor to supply the United States Federal Government with 47 Konica Minolta Bizhubs. The lease contract allows for AllNative Office to service, install, train and maintain these multi-functional digital copiers for the next five years.

The U.S. Census Bureau is the premier source of information about the American people and the economy. The Census Bureau headquarters has over 4,400 employees and contractors in the Maryland and Washington D.C. area. Because of growth and the need for modernization of it’s facilities, the U.S. Census Bureau is undergoing construction of new office facilities set to be completed by March 2007 that will house nearly 6,000 employees.
The Konica Minolta Bizhubs are the latest in technology office solutions that combines a color copier, printer and scanner all in one unit. One of the models being supplied to the Census Bureau can average almost two copies per second.
“We were awarded this contract because of our capabilities and competitive pricing on these products; also the Federal Government is looking to work with small businesses like ours,” says Mogensen, “This contract will open up doors for us in the Washington market…it’s amazing that our company will be providing products and services to the U.S. Government nationwide.”
