Ho-Chunk, Inc. Subsidiary to help protect the U.S.-Mexico Border
Winnebago, NE. Ho-Chunk, Inc. announced today that All Native Systems (ANS), in a request from the Government of Mexico, would help the United States and Mexican Government detect, deter, prevent and mitigate illegal immigration from Mexico into the United States.
All Native Systems will the help strengthen the United States and Mexican Governments stronghold on border patrol by disseminating timely and accurate information to each countries’ law enforcement system. All Native Systems support will help both Governments thwart and confront criminal activity.
Mexico’s only immigration agency, Instituto Nacional de Migracion (INAMI), is currently constructing an operations center that will exchange information with the Federal Investigative Agency (AFI) and the Center for Investigations and National Security (CISEN) operation centers. In addition, the INAMI operation center will be a focal point for coordination of activities between the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Command & Control Intelligence Coordination Centers (CCIC) along the U.S./Mexico border.
All Native Systems will provide all required labor, personnel, management and materials to the Government of Mexico by installing the necessary hardware and software required to develop the INAMI’s state-of-the-art operations center. All Native Systems will equip INAMI with an information database and will provide the necessary telecommunications and infrastructure to support INAMI agents and CISEN officers.
“This operations center is a major step for the Government of Mexico and Homeland Security,” says ANS CEO Terry Mogensen, “Our expertise is in managed IT services and project management; by combining this with our knowledge in information and communications infrastructure, we can provide the Mexican Government with the best technology and management services available in the industry today.”
INAMI currently has a data warehouse that electronically records all immigration entries and exits. The Government of Mexico wants the ability to assimilate this information so it can do trend and predictive analysis for illegal activity. This will allow the Mexican Government to proactively posture its resources on its southern border as well as on the U.S. border. All Native Systems will interface the new INAMI Operations Center so the Government of Mexico can deploy its resources based on detailed and analyzed intelligence that will proactively alert immigration inspectors of possible criminal entry or departures.
“We have developed a proven track record working with the United States Government here in the U.S. and abroad,” states Mogensen. “We are very excited about the opportunity to provide the Government of Mexico the ability to use state-of-the-art technology that will enhance Mexico’s border security.”
All Native Systems corporate headquarters are located in Winnebago, Nebraska with an office in Bellevue, Nebraska. ANS is a provider of Managed Information Technology Services, Professional Services, Communications, Training and Operations and Management. All Native Systems operates in four states and three foreign countries. All Native Systems is one of sixteen subsidiaries of Ho-Chunk, Inc., the economic development corporation of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska.
