Ho-Chunk, Inc. (HCI) recognizes the importance of providing opportunities for the youth of the community in order to ensure future success for the Tribe. Ho-Chunk, Inc. funds various programs for education and youth activities to encourage young Winnebago Tribal members to pursue higher education and to participate in their community.

Work with youth and the community continues as Ho-Chunk, Inc. strives to help create a better future for the Winnebago Tribe. Through new revenue streams, employment and community infrastructure, HCI works to sustain and strengthen the community for the future.

Long-term prosperity requires a solid infrastructure for the community. Ho-Chunk, Inc. has developed a non-profit organization to address infrastructure and community betterment. Ho-Chunk Community Development Corporation has been successful in acquiring millions of dollars of grants for the Winnebago community since its launch in 2001. In partnership with HCI, HCCDC has begun development on a brand new community called Ho-Chunk Village. The Village development features commercial, industrial and residential areas with brand new facilities housing a variety of businesses. The residential development has several new homes with more to come.
